Collecting research findings is one thing, but sharing them in a way that sticks is another. I make it a point to turn insights into clear, compelling messages that resonate with each audience, ensuring they’re both engaging and easy to act on.

UX Researcher I June, 2023 - Current

Led UX research for a global clinical study management platform, reducing time on task by 41% and increasing user satisfaction by 40%. Drove $2M in cost savings by uncovering data inefficiencies through user research and translating insights into high-impact design decisions. Streamlined onboarding across a complex data ecosystem, achieving 80% task completion, scaling solutions to 36 workflows.

Rupeek Fintech Pvt Ltd

UX Researcher I Oct, 2020 - June, 2022

Spearheaded end-to-end UX research for a gold loan kiosk app and a gold-backed investment product from concept to launch. Addressed conversion drop-offs through interviews, post-transaction surveys, and funnel analysis. Drove an 8% increase in conversion and achieving 85% user satisfaction. Shaped roadmap and go-to-market decisions through discovery, validation, and A/B testing. Owned research operations and mentored 2 interns in UX research and agile practices.
