User Advocacy
My goal is to advocate users’ needs both in everyday decisions and at the executive level. I’m focused on clearly demonstrating the value of UX to gain stakeholder buy-ins and promote strong UX practices within the team.
Storytelling
Collecting research findings is one thing, but sharing them in a way that sticks is another. I make it a point to turn insights into clear, compelling messages that resonate with each audience, ensuring they’re both engaging and easy to act on.
Adaptability
I’m at my best in growth-focused environments, whether things are steady, fast-paced, or constantly changing. I work to stay adaptable and flexible, encouraging collaboration within the team and cross-functionally.
